Ok so I know I owe you all a Mogul Music Movie update. I’ve been busy but I haven’t been very vocal so some of you all may be wondering about the status of the movie. A lot of you have contributed generously to this project and I’m eternally grateful. I gave an update sometime last year but it’s possible some of you may have missed it. So just in case, let’s start with what has been done.
MOVIE GOALS COMPLETED
- Raised $18,000TT of the $30,000TT required so far
- Paid for industry standard screenplay software
- Fully completed the screenplay for the movie
- Fully organized the production team for the movie
- Fully organized the main cast for the movie
- Partially paid for movie production
- Completed two official cast reading of the screenplay
- Got feedback and updated the screenplay
- Started filming footage for the movie
WHAT’S NEXT
Unfortunately Chris Smith, my dear friend and one of the lead actors in the movie, passed early this year. So that set back things a little bit. However, my sister has decided to fill in his role so things are back on track. I’m probably going to try to finish the video for Rapso during Carnival and go fully into shooting after the season.
Also: THE MOVIE IS RELEASING IN 2020. Look out for it.
